“During my time as a CCS I really enjoyed building relationships with our clients and patients. I really enjoyed getting to know our patients and clients on a personal level, sometimes even passing them in the neighborhood and being able to stop and chat. In my Management role, I've really enjoyed the opportunity to help support the team in a different way from my CCS role. In the past, I've always really enjoyed training new team members and helping to guide them. In my management role, I've enjoyed learning more about tools to help coach my team and support their growth/ development in their roles.
